These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the wj6 platform, including the website located at wj6.games, all associated mobile-optimised pages, the sports betting interface, the casino game lobby, the cashier, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by wj6 ("wj6", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, playing a game, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the wj6 service, you ("the Player", "User", "you") confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall take precedence.

wj6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on wj6, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, intermediary, or representative of any third party.
3. You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by wj6 for breach of these Terms.
4. You do not hold more than one Account on the Platform. Maintaining multiple Accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a wj6 employee or contractor.
6. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
7. All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and up to date.

wj6 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

Each Player may hold only one Account. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any associated balance may be voided. If you suspect that duplicate Accounts exist under your identity without your authorisation, contact [email protected] immediately.

All financial transactions on the wj6 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). wj6 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your bank) may apply their own charges. wj6 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment service providers.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds from your chosen payment method. In rare cases of payment processing delays, deposits may take up to 60 minutes to appear. If a deposit is not reflected after this period, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your wj6 Account. wj6 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal, wj6 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC), which may include submitting a copy of a valid national ID card or passport. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours during business hours; bank transfers may take longer.

wj6 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where: (a) the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud or policy breach; (b) KYC documentation has not been provided or verified; (c) the withdrawal would reduce the Account balance below any applicable minimum required balance; or (d) the withdrawal is associated with a pending chargeback or payment dispute.

Any funds deposited via mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) must originate from a mobile number registered in your own name. Providing false payment details constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

All bets and game plays on the wj6 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These game-specific rules are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

A bet is not accepted or valid until it has been confirmed by the wj6 system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Oral, telephone, or chat-based bet placements are not valid and will not be honoured. The records of the wj6 system are the definitive record of all bets placed and their outcomes.

For sports betting: wj6 reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict any market at any time, including where there is evidence of irregular market movement, match manipulation, or technical error. Markets may be suspended during live play without notice. Bets placed on suspended markets are void.

For casino games: all casino games available on the wj6 Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology provided by established third-party game studios including (but not limited to) Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. wj6 does not modify game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the relevant game provider and are disclosed within each game's information panel.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted by wj6 at any time without prior notice. wj6 also reserves the right to impose individual Account-level limits where it determines this is necessary in connection with responsible gaming obligations or risk management.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game or bet, the round or bet affected will be resolved in accordance with the affected game provider's malfunction policy. wj6 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures that are outside its reasonable control.

wj6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Players are encouraged to gamble within their means and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their Account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

wj6 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or above. wj6 may at any time request proof of age and will suspend any Account where age cannot be confirmed.

If you wish to exclude yourself from the Platform, you may apply for self-exclusion through your Account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. During any self-exclusion period, wj6 will use reasonable measures to prevent you from accessing the Platform. Please note that wj6 cannot prevent access through third-party browsers or VPN tools; it is the Player's responsibility to avoid circumventing self-exclusion measures.

All content on the wj6 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of wj6 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of wj6.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform for commercial purposes; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform; (c) scrape, data-mine, or extract content from the Platform using automated tools; or (d) create derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted above and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wj6, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account; (c) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform; (d) any inaccuracies in game outcomes, odds, or data displayed on the Platform; or (e) any other matter relating to the Platform or these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wj6 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any information displayed. Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss; wj6 does not guarantee any return on bets placed.

In no event shall wj6's total liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, wj6 will process the closure within 2 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.

wj6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) fraudulent activity is detected; (c) the Account is found to belong to an underage individual; (d) the Account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; (e) wj6 is required to do so to comply with applicable law or a regulatory directive; or (f) continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable risk-management concern.

Where an Account is closed by wj6 due to breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may also be withheld pending investigation where fraud is suspected.

Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no bet placed, no deposit made) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. wj6 may charge an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month on dormant Accounts with a positive balance, deducted from the Account balance until it reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through wj6's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed independent arbitrator.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and wj6 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
